We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities where appropriate.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from Charlie’s Canteen.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, modify, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, production problems, or other circumstances affecting fulfillment.

Payment must be successfully processed before an order is fulfilled.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Because many products are produced on demand, we may not be able to cancel or change an order once production has begun.

If we cancel or materially change an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information you provided.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Products purchased from Charlie’s Canteen are intended for personal use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

SECTION 4 — PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability may change without notice.

The price charged will generally be the price displayed when your order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors.

Unless otherwise stated, product prices may not include applicable taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, import fees, or other charges that may apply.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delivery times may be affected by production schedules, shipping carriers, weather, customs processing, holidays, supply-chain interruptions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Charlie’s Canteen is not responsible for carrier delays after an order has been transferred to the applicable shipping provider.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.

If you experience a delivery problem, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to assist.

The Services, including original text, graphics, photographs, artwork, branding, layouts, designs, video, audio, product descriptions, and other content, may be owned by Charlie’s Canteen, its licensors, suppliers, partners, or other rights holders.

Charlie’s Canteen is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

However, purchases made from the Charlie’s Canteen store are transactions between you and Charlie’s Canteen.

Shopify is not the seller of Charlie’s Canteen products and is not responsible for the fulfillment, condition, suitability, or performance of products purchased from Charlie’s Canteen, except to the extent required by applicable law.
